We've posted a new video on the SERVICE STATION page.

It begins with an updated version of the previous 2014 Year In Review video and ends with an edited version of the video recording of the recent Rancho Cucamonga City Council meeting in which Route 66 IECA presented the City with a copy of our 2016 California State Preservation Design Award.

The City in turn presented IECA with a proclamation praising the Award and the IECA all-volunteer effort to save and restore the Cucamonga Service Station.

    Check it out!

Here's an interesting article on the Station that was published last year, August 2015, in The Old Motor vintage automobile Internet magazine. After one of the readers posted his regrets about the back Garage being torn down, Anthony Gonzalez (the IECA President) responded to bring the reader up-to-date on the progress restoring that back building.
